Have you ever wanted to try yoga? Well, here’s your chance!
Come as you are for Beginners Yoga @ Gallery X! This FREE Sunday vinyasa flow practice begins promptly at 10:00AM in the Frederick Douglass Gallery (enter through street level door at front right).
Please dress comfy. And bring your mat, bath towel and water.
