Ben Berke: Dead Whale City – Opening Reception

Ben Berke presents 18 framed color photographs. The New Bedford photographer and journalist’s work reflect the city’s history as it stands today. The images highlight weathered buildings, residents, and landscapes. Berke made the photographs over five years while reporting for the local NPR station.

An opening reception will be held Saturday, March 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Douglass Gallery at Gallery X.

The exhibition will be on view March 18 through April 18.
